How "woke" to compare this utterly vile "coupling" to the issues of hunger and addiction. Were they to do so properly, they would be adamant that this perversion, as well as all of the LGBTQ+ nonsense, is a thing to eradicate not promote. (Yes, the headline was corrected.)

"'Sesame Street' has throughout the years introduced diverse characters and tackled issues such as hunger and addiction."

How things change - I was raised on a regular diet of Sesame Street! However, I'm reminded of a discussion I heard about Disney. The point was that Christians need to recognise that we have no moral claim over these corporations which belong to the world, not the church. Though we might have enjoyed a period of time when our moral values were affirmed, this was a rare moment in history that was the exception rather than the rule. The rule is that we belong to a moral minority, and if our beloved businesses, tv shows and corporations go another path, we must be willing to accept that we have no claim over them.

I think it was Todd Friel of Wretched. He expressed it much better than I can!

Why did I just know going in, it’s wiki after all, that I was gonna be sorry, or worse yet, mad, that I went there, & yet I did.
I haven’t seen Friel for a while, but liked him. He’s frenetic for God.

I never watched it as a kid, that would be Captain Kangaroo time for me, but I preferred animated cartoons on Saturday morning. The world makes darn sure it's values get shoveled into kid's minds.

Disney is very heavy into magic and occult subjects for children as well as sex.

They would probally say that they stay away from religion.

But I suppose - if you do have kids - you could write a letter to the producers - and
inform them that with the new thinking - you will not be able to allow your kids to watch their programmng anymore.
When you do write - do be postive - dont be negative or threatening.
Inform them that if you do financially suppprt your local PBS station - you no longer be able to.
Remember - the pocket book speaks.
and send a copy of the letter to your local PBS affiliate.

Keep in mind - they are required to maintain a file of recd letters
