Does the mRNA stay at vaccine site or does it migrate to other places in the body? And what was it suppose to do? Stay at the vaccination site? Why or why not.

It does not stay in the muscle where injected, it migrates throughout the body, so the spike proteins show up in the blood vessel walls, hearts, ovaries etc...and they cause damage to those organs, brains, wherever they go.

The injection is intramuscular, not into the bloodstream. That's why a muscle like the deltoid is preferred, because it's a good target of thicker muscle tissue without any easily hit veins or arteries at the site of injection. The big surface vein in that region is the cephalic vein, and it's down along where the deltoid and pectoral muscles meet, not high up in the shoulder. In earlier animal model studies of mRNA vaccines, such administration was clearly preferred over a straight i.v. injection; the effects were much stronger. So the muscle cells around the injection are hit by the vaccine (whether mRNA-containing lipid nanoparticles or adenovirus vectors) while a good portion of the remaining dose is in the intercellular fluid and thus drains through the lymphatic system, not the bloodstream. That's what you want, since the lymph nodes are a major site of immune response.

    AAAS

The mRNA is not spread throughout the body. MRNA is very fragile and breaks down quickly. It never enters the cells nucleus and has no DNA effect. The mRNA is destroyed within 3 days.

The spiked protein also does not spread throughout the body.

Instead of being assembled into more infectious viral particles, as would happen in a real coronavirus infection, this protein gets moved up to the surface of the cell, where it stays. That's where it's presented to the immune system, as an abnormal intruding protein on a cell surface. The Spike protein is not released to wander freely through the bloodstream by itself, because it has a transmembrane anchor region that (as the name implies) leaves it stuck.

Why are both claims being made. something is not true.

I agree. Both are not true. The links provided are from physicians and medical facilities "on the believe.

@Scott Downey could be right. Maybe covid is a global conspiracy- a new world order takeover. But I put my money on it not being true.

Guess you have to pick who to believe.

Covid Plandemic, New World order takeover

    I guess time will tell.

What Jon is saying runs completely counter to Pfizer's own pharmicokinetics study. I don't know why he keeps posting this stuff, when he's been provided with the information, already. All of his sources are second-hand.

The vaccine was supposed to stay at the injection site, but most of it does make its way into the bloodstream within two hours of injection. The lipid nanoparticles concentrate in the ovaries, adrenal glands and liver, as well as breast milk, but no study was done as to whether the mRNA also concentrated there, considering it is carried and protected by the nanoparticles.

You do realize they are talking about synthetic lipids and lipid nanoparticles ....not spiked protein or mRNA....right?

(components of the vaccine that allows mRNA to be used in a vaccine)

People will believe whatever they will.
I think some people dont have an issue with the vaccine, simply because the spike proteins dont go to some body part that creates an obvious problem for them, yet.
Others it gets into some organ and causes a problem, like the myocarditis.

I agree. Some people do have an issue with the vaccine because they erroneously believe misinformation like the protein goes to your circulatory system, that the protein is toxic, that covid is a new world order conspiracy, etc.

Others may take the vaccine because they believe the vaccine provides sterilizing immunity or is without risks.

People believe what they want to believe regardless of facts.

Well, it is my understanding, the mRNA is supposed to remain at the injection site.

It does remain where intended. As do the spiked proteins.

    Incorrect. From Reuters:

Research shows that spike proteins (here) remain stuck to the cell surface around the injection site and do not travel to other parts of the body via the bloodstream, they added. The 1% of the vaccine that does reach the bloodstream is destroyed by liver enzymes.

Hmm. So a 100% of the "1%" goes directly from the arm to the liver.

Yes - a tiny amount does go to the liver.

Don't forget the vaccine itself is the mRNA in a suspension (what @nonaeroterraqueous ' post provided).

The issue is there is so much misinformation bring put out now.

Immunologist Byram Bridle referenced a study to claim the spiked proteins were toxic. The study co-author, David Walt (here), denied this. “Bridle is taking our results and completely misinterpreting them "

"Research shows that spike protein remain stuck to the cell surface around the injection site and do not travel to other parts of the body via the bloodstream, they added. The 1% of the vaccine that does reach the bloodstream is destroyed by liver enzymes."

Bridle also referenced the file in footnotes as 'PFIZER CONFIDENTIAL’ . However Pfizer confirmed the file is a Common Technical Document (CTD) unrelated to Bridle’s claim and does not address the issues Bridle misinterpreting the file to corroborate.

Fact Check-No evidence spike proteins from COVID-19 vaccines are toxic

Unfortunately once misinformation takes hold it grows and people believe it as fact.

I've watched a number of medical professionals whose integrity I have no reason to question speaking out against all these vaccines and speaking about cases they and their colleagues have discovered where serious adverse reactions have been experienced by recipients of all 3 of the major "vaccines"; and I've listened to other medical professionals who insist that whatever science has invented this time round is safe, no matter whether or not a proper trial period was first undertaken.

So to me it's become impossible to know who to believe or what to believe. I'm not playing Russian Roulette with any genetically engineered protein manufactured in a lab just to (supposedly) increase my chances of survival if I contract another genetically engineered virus manufactured in a lab.

Well, you are not accurately representing the situation. Like others here, you imply that there is a real debate among the experts about this.

There is not - while there is a tiny tiny number of experts who suggest you avoid the vaccine, the overwhelming majority agree that the vaccine should be taken.

I don't mind if people take the vaccine, as long as they don't mind if I don't.

I don't trust the official narrative on this. Scientists got us into this mess, and I don't trust them to get us out just because they say they can. Not enough evidence that the vaccine even prevents Covid-19. I know people who's family and friends died of Covid-19 after receiving the jabs, others who suddenly have health issues they never had before (strokes etc). If I never knew of actual cases, maybe I would be more likely to believe everything scientists tell me.

They are still learning, to be sure. A friend's daughter got a very mild case of covid. She is in her early 20's, but had a stroke because of covid. A relative who is 20 is still having heart issues brought on by a mild case of covid. We lost 6 coworkers the past few months due to covid.

I posted about a 13 year old boy who was found dead the morning after being vaccinated due to an allergic reaction.

We make the best decisions we can and allow others to do the same. And it's OK if we choose differently and it's OK that we suffer consequences in this life for our decisions because we know God holds us in His hands.

How can you say, “it’s ok if we chose differently” given all the threads claiming the “unvaccinated” are selfish, mutant factories endangering the lives of the vaccinated?

    Peace to you
