Tom, it started out as a civil war. However, Moscow took a hand in it and turned it into something else. Now, it is more like Britain sent a few regiments and a naval squadron to aide the Confederacy during the ACW.

I never said they were impartial. We come to a better understanding of complicated events when we play compare differing sources, bias against bias.
Those items you quoted above, do they not also concern, say, Fox News? If they slant the news to further American agendas is that not also misleading? As Christians, we are called to rise above mere nationalism.
I just read your OP. Okay, I won't make that mistake again. You are fixating on one link I shared, ignoring the rest.

The Olive Stone video shows it is clearly a Civil War.

But, yes, go ahead and stare at that RT logo.
Fox is not equivalent to RT. RT is a branch of the Russian government. It's like the BBC, RFE, or VoA.
Our media outlets (mostly), whether you believe it or not, are branches of the US government. But this would be a thread in itself.

I would say it is both a civil war and an international one, a recent Russian invasion on top of a years-long Ukrainian incursion into the two breakaway republics in the east.
Neither the incursion nor the invasion were justified.
War on Russia? Oh brother.Nazis to carry out its war on Russia. "
The two eastern "republics" have IIRC always been a part of Ukraine. Though they have a large population of ethnic Russians. Crimea though was given to Ukraine in the 50s by Kruschev.
Tom, I will remind you that I've been a part of the local Soviet EC-B community for over 30 years. I know my Russian geography a lot better than most Americans.
