Personally, I think a bold move would be for CNN to pick him up in prime time. He would triple their ratings overnight, plus, their staff and viewers would instantly gain 25 points of IQ.
peace to you
He was fired “with cause”? Could you explain what the cause was and how you know about it? What exactly are the terms of his contract and how do you know that info?Tucker Carlson almost certainly had a non-compete clause built into his contract. Unless he negotiated his way out of it (unlikely, since he was fired -- with cause), he won't appear on any rival network or on an upstart media platform until the terms of his contract expires.
It is astounding to me that people who profess to be disciples of Jesus think he should be taken seriously or devote themselves to his message.
We know he was fired. He told his audience he would be back on Monday and his staff was working on his show the morning he left. There are a number of causes, probably several of them at once, including the $787.5 million settlement with Dominion, some texts that were uncovered during discovery, and a lawsuit against Fox News from a former producer for Carlson. Do a Google search and you will find what you are looking for. I'm sure you will disbelieve anything that you don't like.He was fired “with cause”? It is standard to have a non-compete clause in media contracts (I have signed them), especially at that level. And Fox News has had them with other media figures who have been fired or have resigned. What exactly are the terms of his contract and how do you know that info?
Not about politics, but the gullibility of his audience and Carlson's rhetoric. I do not understand why so many Christians lack the basic skills of discernment AND do not recognize that Carlson's rhetoric (among many other political pundits) is designed to provoke outrage and dehumanize persons we are supposed to love. That is opposed to the basic teachings of Jesus. You should be careful throwing stones at other believers over politics.
So….. everything you said was pure speculation… got it. You don’t know and are assuming…..We know he was fired. Not really an expert myself. It seems such clauses would prevent the media personality of getting a large audience and then moving for better money in the same market.Non-compete is standard in the media.
and firing a media personality is not unusual.
Many a DJ have been fired and not even allowed to go back in to pick up personal items .(The staff will be glad to pack them in a box for you)
I remember that. Very funny. It’s interesting the instincts he had about people. He was very good at getting to the truth.Tucker got Micheal Avanatti to sit for an interview and ran a "Creepy P0rn Lawyer" chyron under him while he was on the air. Hilarious.
And I love how "I think if you really loved Jesus, you'd agree with me" still gets tossed around here.
