Actually several people addressed the OP in great detail. Also I believe it was Mr. Crab who introduced the minimum wage!

Your reply simply shows that your theology has been Americanized. So, now I've answered. Hope you are happy.

Tell me which of the ten points in the OP you agree with. From your replies it seems you do not agree with any of them, so it becomes obvious where the center of your personal theology resides.

Actually, you didn't answer any of my questions. You just insulted me and ran off. -

One of the marks of your Americanization is the mixing of the spiritual with the secular to fit your own needs at the expense of others; the continued emphasis of ignoring those in need and condemning those who want the folk in need helped. The buying into the modern belief that is a person is poor, in need, or sick it is their own fault and thus they do not deserve to be helped.

Crabtownboy,
When does life begin? In the womb or with the first breath? -

Your political rhetoric here in this thread, especially the op, is as much Americanized Christianity as anything else. This will be my past response to this thread as it has nothing to do with honest discussion nor does it intend to show charity to anyone. I will be in prayer for you. -

Wait until his socialist/marxist buddies take over what once was a democracy.
Wait until his buddies force local churches to perform same-sex marriages in their churches.
Wait until his buddies force churches to take in the LGBT peoples into their membership.
Just wait...

Crabtownboy Well-Known MemberSite SupporterRevmitchell said: ↑Uh you do not know any of that about me. It is your assumption because of your socialized Marxist "Christianity. Of course the premise of your statement is in error as it supposes that the government is the only way to address the poor and when someone opposes it that must mean they are against helping the poor. Such premises are dishonest and are only chicago style politics used to demonize people who you oppose. It certainly is not Christian behavior and should have no place in Christian discussions.Click to expand...
Oh I've learned a lot about you over the years. And as before your show your ignorance of political philosophy. I know you will not believe me nor accept this, but I am a populist, not a Socialist, nor a Communist. I hope you have some clue what a populist stands for.
How much of your church budget goes to helping the poor, the ill, the elderly in your area?
If it is not over a tithe of your church budget you are simply being hypocritical and a materialistic American.

Check back. The OP did not contain my words but the words of the author of the piece cited. He is correct, if you disagree with those points your theological has been compromised by the American secular culture. All your posts confirm this of your personal theology.
Also tell your buddies who keep asking off topic and irrational questions I will discuss with them when they stop their sophmoric responses and engage in clam, rational discussion. I would appreciate it if you would do the same.
