Please, everyone: pay attention at games, especially in the lower levels along the baselines. I've seen some pretty bad injuries at games before.

I remember a similar thing happening to a little league kid when I was a kid as well, he got hit by a fly ball in the temple and was killed.

According to Pulaski County Coroner Mark Malcolm in an article in Sunday's Arkansas Democrat-Gazette the cause of death to Coach Coolbaugh was a "severe brain hemorrhage as a result of an injury to his left vertebral artery".
