A long but good message.
I John 1:1-2:2
In this passage, John, the aged and experienced Apostle, uses a repeated formula to describe, comment upon, and supply the remedy for three major heresies that continually affect the church: Antinomianism, Perfectionism, and Pelagianism. These heresies are far more common than most think, and they (or some form of them) affect even conservative branches of the church today. John's answer is simply to rightly understand and apply the gospel.
