On YouTube, many professing Democrats were leaving to join conservative Republicans & with all the misinformation
on the internet & the distractions by the political so called conservative Republicans, I agree with Brandon at that link that the conservatives need to stop looking to elected official to make change & make the change themselves by getting a petition to put an issue on the ballot for people to vote for the State to adopt like the removal of the evolution theory from our educational system, to have a separation of Transgenderism & State to prevent any more States to pass legislation to penalize Americans for misgendering, & to even outlaw homosexuality display in parades, public protests & networks.
This is what the left gets for using inclusion as a disguise to nationalize LGBTQ's ideology on everyone.
We had been tolerating them long enough.
When they stop tolerating us, then we should stop tolerating them & start limiting their social /political campaign now.
I do not believe the powers that be, will permit this type of campaign I had suggested above in my quote.
There are too many concentrated efforts to destroy America by immorality now.
Even finding a church or a forum keeping the faith is hard to find.
But Jesus is still Lord.
Psalm 92:5 O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep. 6 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this. 7 When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever: 8 But thou, Lord, art most high for evermore.
KJV
Not even sure how long the Lord will have me here or if I should even be here at all.. I trust Him to lead me in the way He wants me to go.
Perhaps I should just concentrate on learning & researching things with Him here on issues I need clarity on, hoping somebody has useful information on the subject.
I'll cast my burden on the Lord tonight.
Thanks for sharing.
I kind of regret replying about politics when I hold no confidence in man nor princes.
Psalm 118:8-9
John 3:19-20 And the judgment is based on this fact: God’s light came into the world, but people loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil. All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it for fear their sins will be exposed.
John 7:7 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil. KJV
I reckon Paul did too in his preaching of the gospel which goes against against society's idolatry, thus risking some craftmanship named Alexandria their livelihood.
2 Timothy 4:14 Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works: 15 Of whom be thou ware also; for he hath greatly withstood our words. 16 At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge. 17 Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. 18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. KJV
The only way LGBTQ will know that they are in need of Jesus Christ Our Savior is by informing them of their sins they need Him to deliver them from because the world is saying LGBTQ's ideology is not wrong nor immoral, and thus not a sin.
As the Lord leads, I believe it is to be done along with preaching the gospel at the same time in public outreach, however, I believe when ministering to individuals, if the person does not want to hear it, then we are required to walk away since we cannot beat them over the head when they are not seeking Him at all... at least not at that time.
One can always leave an invitation to such a person to contact them whenever they do want to hear more about Jesus Christ before dropping the matter.
Yes, just like Paul in Acts 17, once they had heard about the resurrection of the dead, they shut down, they said we will hear more on this later. And Paul moves on.
If people tell me they dont want to talk or hear about scriptures, I dont. Just a shake the dust of the place off your feet idea. John the Baptist did though speak more than once about Herod to Herod.
31 For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.”
32 When they heard about the resurrection of the dead, some of them sneered, but others said, “We want to hear you again on this subject.”
33 At that, Paul left the Council.
34 Some of the people became followers of Paul and believed. Among them was Dionysius, a member of the Areopagus, also a woman named Damaris, and a number of others.
†λέγω légō, leg'-o; a primary verb; properly, to "lay" forth, i.e. (figuratively) relate (in words (usually of systematic or set discourse;)
1. to collect, gather; to pick out.
2. to lay with, count with; to enumerate, recount, narrate. describe; (cf. English tale, German zählen).
II. to put word to word in speaking, join words together, i. e. "to say (how it differs)
So with enumerated words, John had discoursed to Herod, the verse Matthew 14:4, is just summarizing the basic idea, not using all the exact words John the Baptist had been speaking.
Ok, but people are without excuse to God
as Romans 1 says
20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
