The following link is as funny as it is sad. What do I mean? Simply that were it not true it would be funny. The point of the site is to show how silly modern evangelicalism has become. It does this by mocking some of the products that the modern evangelical movement has come up with. The site is operated by Doug Beaumont a prof. At Southern Evangelical Seminary. He points out that, "only a few of the above "Christian" products are jokes that do not exist". It is hard to tell the "Christian" products from the fake or anti-Christian mockery products.

Unbelievable. To find out which very few are not for real, you will find you cannot click on the link for them.
I wonder if Jesus feels about this sort of thing the same way He felt about the buying and selling in the Temple courts. -
Most of this stuff is not made to be serious or religious. It is ment to make fun of people who are.
Alot of this stuff is from the same websight and is obviously not intended for people who love God. It is intended for people who want to make fun of somebody who loves God.
A few of these items are serious and sad, like the ipod cross and the key chains. A few items I have no problem with like the flip flops, if they make the impression "Jesus loves you" in the sand I think that is pretty cool and my kid already plays with a Noah action figure compleate with arc and pairs of animals, I should get her Moses also. But most items are ment to mock baptisem in a can, sin soap and bobble heads, etc.
But the point is most of this stuff is not from the faithfull community it is from the outside ment to mock. So why criticize ourselfs for something that is not from us but against us. -
I have seen 2 sites that make this seem tame. One sold wwjd thongs and the other was fred phelps site
