A small group of criminals ???

Mayor Blake of Baltimore said it was a "small group of criminals"

IMHO a small group would be 5 or 6 people.

There were hundreds out "protesting" (code for looting).

On video, I even saw one woman pushing a baby buggy.....

That is not a small group when the whole city is in turmoil and so much of it is up in flames.

This is not protests but criminal activity. They really need to learn from their past just what proper protests are!
