2(1) I will just take God at His word. “God so loved the world” (all the people)
(2) I don’t have two wax philosophical to come to that conclusion
(3) When did He love the world, Always, from eternity

If we define Hate and what it is first then accuse God of hate we know very fast that God can not sin.
God did not turn on his love - it is. When is says “For God so loved the world that He have His only son” clearly answers the question. Love = purpose
If it did not the verse would read
For God so purposed the world that He gave His only Son.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son
Why we would even consider a philosophical approach to answering it when it is given us in this clear straight forward statement. -
Lets see....
1...are you going to take Gods Word or not? You can't have it both ways...Gods Word and your word.
2..it seems maybe you do have philosophical holdings that you bring to the table.
3.. I agree with this...but it does not line up with 1. :) -
God says He loves the world and some say "no He don't either". search me?

Hello Gordon,
In Christ...James -
Now what does this mean? -
What it says. God loved His whole creation. "31: And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
"
Now Jesus already stood as a slain Lamb when God said this. -

Sin, God hates sin and not the sinner. Now you are going to quote to me "Esau". Well, He had sold his very birthright.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
1 Timothy 2:3-6 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
2Cr 5:15 And [that] he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. -
oops...I forgot..."Esau" :) -
He hates the deeds of the Nicholadens. If I spelled it right
1 Timothy 2:3-6 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
2Cr 5:15 And [that] he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. -
You are not a God who takes pleasure in evil; with you the wicked cannot dwell. The arrogant cannot stand in your presence; you hate all who do wrong. -
you hate all who do wrong. (where can I find this?)
Must have got you too. So, He hates the very "elect"?
Mat 5:44But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Surely He wouldn't tell us to love our enemies and He would hate them? -
5 Into your hands I commit my spirit;
redeem me, O LORD, the God of truth.
6 I hate those who cling to worthless idols;
I trust in the LORD -
-
But about the Son he says,
"Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever,
and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.
You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy." -
Book, Chapter and verse?
I can't find it. -
14 I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign LORD.' "
-
You are quoting David and saying its the Lord.
Why you using the words of David and claiming they are the Lord's words. -
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
