I am talking about believers needing to repent for believing.

From direct experience, Even I repent over thing I've done last week, if not even today.

Gentile believers do not become ethnic physical jews by ethnicity, which profits nothing anyway in Salvation matters, however they are revealed to be spiritual jews by their circumcision of the heart, a spiritual circumcision unto all spiritual believers Rom 2:28-29

28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Then praise God for your change of heart...
For without His grace and work of the Holy Spirit in your heart, you wouldn't repent from anything that He hates.

You would still be sinning and seeing no problem with it.;)

What you claim was the first intention of Christ. The Jews rejected Him and because of this the Gentiles was offered Salvation instead.
Act 28:28 Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.

Do you believe you're an inward Jew? The Jews rejected Christ.

Nothing about a offer. It says they will hear it, because they are Christs Sheep. Crist had already said Jn 10:16

16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

All Christians are inward jews. The jews that rejected Christ weren't inward jews, meaning not born again. An inward jew merely means anyone born again.

He already provided the supporting verses and you completely ignored them.
What would be gained by posting them again?

I suggest you go back and reread Romans 2 over and over until you "get it".

Actually, we are His sheep when the Father gives us to Him.
We hear His voice because we are His sheep.
We listen and follow because we are His sheep.
He gives us eternal life because we are His sheep.

Jesus explains it all in John 10.

We have to be able to hear with understanding in order to then get saved!

I don’t think that makes sense given John 10.

Under your plan, we must first be saved ... then the Father gives us to the Son and we become the Son’s sheep.

However, under John 10, we are His sheep (saved, according to you) before ...
    • We hear Jesus’ voice
    • We believe the truth about Jesus
    • We follow Jesus
    • We have eternal life

How is a man SAVED, before he will hear and believe?
How is a man SAVED, but not yet given eternal life?
How can that be reconciled with the parable about the shepherd leaving the 99 sheep to bring back the lost sheep?

I think John 6:44 and John 10 both suggest that God the Father chooses the “sheep” first, and then the sheep are naturally drawn to the “shepherd”.

John 10 is addressed to the Jews.
Men are not saved before they can hear and believe.
We are given eternal life the moment we are saved
When Christ leaves the flock to bring back 1 sheep shows us that He loves us and will protect us. We Belong to Him. We are not sheep until we become His.. The lost sheep was already His but went astray.
The drawing in Jn 6:44 was over after Christ was raised up and draws all men to Him self Jn 12 :32
Notice in Jn 10:9 Christ says.
Joh 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

He doesn't call this man a sheep although He can become a sheep just by entering through the door he will be saved

EVERYTHING in all of the GOSPELS and the entire Old Testament was originally spoken to Jews ... Jesus was surrounded by Jews. Unless you are of the "circumcision party" whose doctrine was denounced at the First Jerusalem Council, that is irrelevant and all of Scripture is for the people of God ... Jew and Greek ... for the ground at the foot of the cross is level and all men stand equal before our savior.

    [Galatians 3:6-9 NASB]
Even so Abraham BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS RECKONED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS. Therefore, be sure that it is those who are of faith who are sons of Abraham. The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, [saying,] "ALL THE NATIONS WILL BE BLESSED IN YOU." So then those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer.

One promise of one salvation for one people ... those whom God "foreknew" ... "whosoever believes"!

It's simple when Abraham was alive he never heard the gospel because there simply wasn't any such thing. It had not been written yet. Just because we are on the same level as the Jew does not mean we are now Jews as well. Notice scripture does not say we have become Jews . It says all nations will be blessed because of Abraham. This was a prophecy.
The Jews were fore known not Gentiles.
