    I suppose the argument can be that the airport is the provider, or at least a provider.

    No..there isn't a right to purchase services from a vendor. I can't go to a women's only gym and purchase a membership. I can't go into Sam's club and by anything since I don't have a membership. I can't go to a wholesaler and purchase from them...I'd have to go directly to a retailer. Should I go on?
