An easy rebuttal is yes, there is, but that service provider also has the right to say "you can't come into my store unless you submit to a security screening" before you enter.

And if we were talking about restrictions put in place by the provider, you might have a point.

Really? There is no right to be able to purchase a legal service from a vendor of your choice?

No..there isn't a right to purchase services from a vendor. I can't go to a women's only gym and purchase a membership. I can't go into Sam's club and by anything since I don't have a membership. I can't go to a wholesaler and purchase from them...I'd have to go directly to a retailer. Should I go on?
