Another thought concerning the blood. Scriptural or not?

    Man is freely able to choose to do whatever they want to do, its just that sinful natures will NOT choose freely to do things such as obey God for example!

    I agree with Dr Tom that the free will man is in bondage in that he may will to do something but is unable.
    I may will/want to visit Italy but have not the means.

    In my view every man who has come into this world is a present participle sinner who the scripture says is enlightened as to his/her/need of the light but is unable to come to the light.
    if however he/she wants wants to come the power will be provided.

    A modern passenger jet plane pilot needs several hundred tons of energy to turn his plane to another direction - impossible without a power assistance system. The Spirit of God will turn ANYONE who desires to turn(of course only the elect so desire) :)
