Of course. Which amounts to the same thing.

No it doesn't. Having embarrassing things on your computer is different from sending someone embarrassing things.

OK, let's speculate.

It's likely that someone got a hold of Weiner's password for his Twitter account. Then this person gets control of his computer, perhaps even is in possession of it (if a laptop) or has easy access to it. This person finds the underwear photo on Weiner's computer and decide to send it to some women on his Twitter 'Following' list.

In this scenario, Weiner didn't send the photo, he was a victim of a hoax, and because of other stuff on his computer he doesn't want to press charges. He might even know who hacked his computer and wants to protect that person for some reason.

So far as I can tell the guy isn't guilty of anything, except being stupid.

False reasoning. Weiner said it was sent by a hacker.

Government agents would be able to tell whether or not that was true without accessing any information other than emails and who sent that particular one.

He's guilty.

The guy is a loudmouth sleazeball. What is he guilty of doing? Sending a woman a close up photograph of men's underwear? Is that a crime?

Hypocrisy.

It's as much of a crime as that recently committed by a republican politician for doing the same type of thing.

The difference is in the way they handle it.

Republican owns up and takes action. Liberal denies, lies , and dissembles.

Your willingness to excuse all the above is ...interesting, to say the least.

Typical liberal misdirection trying to take the focus off one of their hypocrites.

Weiner hasn't filed an official comnplain, so there is no "investigation".

The reason is simple. He sent the picture.

My guess is that Weiner doesn't want an investigation because he knows that unlike lying to the media lying to the police and FBI is a crime.

He is plenty content with telling unbelievable tales to the media.

Is it really necessary for you to bring up your dislike of Jews every time one is mentioned?

I wonder if you'd have a problem if I had pointed out a Musllim or RC. He's a Jewish politician and they're known for their 'in your face insolence', better known as chutzpah.

Now your stereotyping Kyred. Why not add that he also has a big nose, is from NY, and eats bagels.

What I asked was: "Is it really necessary for you to bring up your dislike of Jews every time one is mentioned?"

Very simple question.

You're wrongly accusing me. I don't dislike Jews, I'm just keenly aware of them.

The fact is there are many that I have great admiration for.

LOL! I had to go back and look at a photo of him to appreciate this!

(don't know about the bagels though....)
