Are modern Bibles against OSAS? I was reading in my NASB earlier and I was shocked to see that it says "being saved" in one verse. If this is the way that modern Bible versions are, I think I'll stick with the KJV.
Are modern Bibles against OSAS?

Good for you. You have every right in the world to make that choice. Praise God for our liberty in Him.
But modern versions are no more against the concept of "OSAS" than the KJV is. It is important to read every verse in context and understand the meaning of "saved" and "being saved." -
Can you kindly provide that verse so that we all can look it up? -

Why not go and look it up before you make such statements? -

I don't know how much Greek you know. But let's assume you don't know a lot.
Well, both "perish" and "saved" in the KJV are present participles and can be translated "perishing" and "being saved."
For example, the KJV translates a present participle as "being" in Phil 2:6, so it's not a good objection. -

"being saved" or "saved" --
When someone asked you if you have the eternal life, you would say, "yes" then you are NOT being saved.
Or
When someone asked you if you have the eternal life, you would say, "yes" then you are saved. -
Askjo, May I ask you what part of English grammar the words "perishing" and "saved" are in this sentence?***
I would submit that perishing is a non-finite verb and saved is a finite verb. Agree or disagree?
***on edit- I refer to the rendering in the NKJV 1 Cor. 1:18 -

One need to read the translator footnotes (not the comentary footnoters). But there are groups of the religious who embrase the error: The 'Doctrine of Ignorance' - that Godcan only use stupid people like me. Such people don't know about translator footnotes nor teach about translator footnotes and discourage their wards not to read translator footnotes. The translator footnotes here show that the greek can be translated in English (20th Century) as 'are saved' or 'are being saved'.
Anyway here are the three kinds of salvation to those who are saved:
1. justification - then salvation - Jesus saved you then
2. scantification - now salvtion - Jesus saving you now
3. glorification - tomorrow's salvation - Jesus saving you at the pre-tribulation rapture

The Greek has several tenses, but most are hard to get across with a single English word. This is one example. unless I am mistaken, the Greek implies a continuous action, or "being saved."
In other words, salvation isn't a point you cross, it is something that you continue to live. It becomes your life, not just a mile marker. -
I believe we've all seen statements such as "Scores ARE BEING SAVED as the tent revival progresses." I believe the verses in question are of a similar context.

As for OSAS, the KJV has Hebrews 6:4-6, same as every other valid version does.

Just as it would be less than helpful to lump all older translations of the bible together, so it is with modern translations. -
That's what I like about you, David... you always make good sense.
