-
Tina, what's KC and K?
-
Well, I'm going to bed. I will say a prayer that this thread won't be 100 pages when I wake up... (which it could be at its current rate!)
-
Are you talking about the one with the waterfall? If so, that isn't a river. That was a lake. Did you cross across the "RIVer" :D while you were there and go underneath the waterfall?
Joseph Botwinick -
Teresa,
It is in Western Arkansas on Highway 10 in the town of Magazine. I used to live about 5 minutes from there about 3 years ago.

there's a BIG cliff, I think it's over by that house that's pretty ruined!
We stayed up above everything...although, I was kinda hoping that we could....it was a very very very hot day that day! -
KCK is Kansas City, Kansas.
-
I think Magazine's a funny name for both a town, and a mountain!
-
Kansas City, Kansas.
Supposedly there is a distinct difference between KCK and KCMO. -
-
I doubt that'd you know them...but do you know the VanderLugts?
They're the family I stayed with when I stayed in AR for the summer....
What's that Baptist elementary school there in Ar? (Little Rock, that is) -
How long did you live in KCMO, Jo Jo?
-
Are you sure you got the right mountain? If you are talking about Pinnacle Mountain, then it is the Arkansas River. If you are talking about Petit Jean Mountain, then it might be the Fourche Lafavre River. As far as funny names go, you haven't heard anything yet. I will post some funny town names for Arkansas in a minute.
Joseph Botwinick -
Just wante to say Hi, Tina!
Hi!

The river: I was referring to the one at Petit Jean State Park....That's a mountain?
-
Hey, Teresa
-
That's cool! I just remember a looong road and an interesting convo the Sandy and I had when we went to get the kids...I remember paved and dirt roads to get there:)
They had a nice inside, though! -
