    The frequency of the occurrence coupled with the dearth of complaints makes it trivial.

    I also notice that there is no decrying over women entering men's bathrooms.

    Regardless of your personal opinion the fact is it is not trivial. Have we become so desensitized to modesty, decency, and the assaults on women that it has now become a trivial matter?

    Which believe it or not happens a lot more than you'd think, especially at sporting events. It seems stadium and arena builders don't plan on enough stalls in women's facilities to take care of a rush. So, rather than wait in a way too long line, women have been known to use the men's, as it usually has empty stalls.

    Yes. Recent building codes require more restroom facilities for women - often at a 2:1 to 3:1 ratios.

    When I have attended large events at older facilities, women will often crash the men's rooms.

    Yes, women are more vulnerable than men.

    Police force a woman out of a bathroom, claiming she isn't a woman

    A woman was forcibly dragged from a restroom by police who kept insisting she was a man. They dragged her out while calling her sir and her friends followed them yelling, "She's a girl!" So, rather than women being afraid of male predators taking advantage of Target's new policy, women should really be worried about potentially being dragged from the restroom because police officers don't believe your gender.

    I also don't understand why this has to be tied to sexual assault for it to be a bad idea.

    Is there some kind of rape litmus test I don't know about?

    It doesn't need to be tied to sexual assault to be a bad idea. It is a very very bad idea even without that component. It does, however, raise the stakes.

    Apparently we have lost our sense of decency and modesty. Women breast feed in public, they go to the bathroom together with me.

    It is all perverted behavior. It is sick and unhealthy.

    It really is mostly the US. I don't I've seen any other country make such a big deal out of bathrooms. I actually think it's safer to let young boys be able to use the bathroom with their mothers.

    Precisely. Just take out all of the urinals and everything should be fine.

    Again, the bathrooms shouldn't be a problem. It gets a little trickier when you start talking about locker-rooms. I still wonder why they let female sportscasters into the locker-rooms of the NBA, NFL, NHL or MLB?

    Sure rest rooms could be unisex - but the cost would be way too much

    Rape in a public toilet! I don't think so. How often have you gone into a public toilet or a toilet in a school and been the only person there?

    Mothers always nursed the babies during worship services where I grew up in rural Virginia. They simply sat on the front row. It is a most natural thing to do, nurse the baby. An infant nursing at his/her mother's breast is one of the most beautiful events.

    If you are worried about decency and modesty why not protest the semi-nudity of summer dress ... both male and female.

    Why not protest the same as well as the soft pron on TV?

    Protest real issues.
