Availability of the third booster shot

Question for information. You guys can debate if you want to.

What is the third covid vaccine dose that is already being given? I read that the FDA OK'ed the third dose of Pfizer and and Moderna vaccines, with a plan to roll them out by September 20. Today I saw an article that says Pfizer/BioTech should be ready by the 20th, but Moderna probably will not.
Pfizer-BioNTech's booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine will likely be available by September 20, but the rollout for Moderna's booster shots could be delayed, White House chief medical advisor Anthony Fauci reportedly said.
However, I know several people who have already got a third shot at CVS pharmacy, and received an e-mail from Kroger today that they are now offering the 3rd dose of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, and you can schedule online to get it.

So, what is this third shot people are getting if Pfizer and Moderna won't have it ready before September 20? Anyone know? I'm confused?

People are either all in, or they don’t know because they don’t ask. The only one that is approved is not available. That way no ill effects from the approved shot will come back on them. The approved is the only one that you can hold them liable for. The sheep are in the pen.

They have been giving the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine here. I noticed those with compromised immunities could have gotten them a month or so ago.

From what I've been told the 3rd shot is the same as the first two. It is just a booster shot. We (in the CSRA) have plenty vaccine avaliable.

My mother's doctor told her that he recommends getting the sane shot (if it was Moderna, a third Moderna shot, if Pfizer another Pfizer shot).

My only guess is the pharmaceutical companies are producing more vaccinations for the 3rd shot. They are not approved for the general public yet (and wouldn't be time, anyway).

Like my wife said... We both got the vaccines... Both shots!... I guess if a booster comes up will get that one too... We don't see the big deal, we keep up with our vaccination... We get our annual flu shot and no body is screaming bloody murder... What about a shot for pneumonia?... We ought to thank God he has given us the know how to fight different diseases or we would ALL be pushing up daisies... Brother Glen & his wife Pam:)

I remember basic training....lined up walking down the row getting shots in both arms. No clue what I got. But by now I should be invincible, a mutant, or (to hear some say it) dead.

I got the pneumonia vacvine last month (next time I get tge flu and shingles vaccine....and I suppose before then a booster covid shot).

I may take the show on the road - "The Amazing Human Pincushion".

Seriously, though, God often works miracles through the doctors and scientists. I know a retired marine who was at tge gym a month after a heart attack and open heart surgery.

God is good.
