This debate isn't just one fought over the pulpit or online forums but has also made it to print. So what are some good books on this debate—books that presents arguments from both sides of the debate and now just a one side's refutation of the other side? Of course I'm going to go with the obvious "Debating Calvinism" by Dave Hunt and James White.

A Defence of Calvinism: Charles Haddon Spurgeon.
The Gospel According to Jesus: John MacArthur.
They are both presented in a fairly simple manner, which is what most anti-Calvinists need. -

James White's book : The Potter's Freedom is the best. He takes on Norm Geisler's awful
Chosen But Free. Unlike Geisler, White cites N.Gs remarks in full. Dr. White also honestly
exegetes, unlike Norm who avoids that approach.
