Yep. So put Zimmerman before a judge and jury so that all the facts can be ventilated, not just speculation, and the judge and jury rather than us here can decide whether he's guilty or not.

Our judicial process requires that there be sufficient evidence of a crime before a person is charged and tried.

The police are gathering the evidence - including obtaining witness statements, analyizing the various cell phone calls, etc.

When they have finished with that phase the prosecuting attorney may or may not come to the conclusion that a charge and trial are warranted.

If he is uncertain a grand jury maybe convened to hear the evidence to decide if a trial should take place.

There is a system of justice in place that must be followed.

In this country people are not put on trial just because the news media whips something up.

 

I'm just shocked I can't seem to find online petitions for other killings that seem somewhat similar to this (in that it's not clearly defined) when it doesn't involve a killing that could be racially driven. I find that very interesting.

 

Simple...and wrong and unconstitutional. It would do you, Gina and the other 2 million people to learn what Targus eloquently explained regarding our justice system. You don't arrest someone just because the "reverends" throw chum in the water. I find it sickening how many people are wearing hoodies "in honor" of Trayvon when HE might be the reason he is dead today, and a result of criminal action, and the fact Zimmerman is free today just might be the very justice the sheeple in this country are calling for!

 

Another thing that bugs me about the title of this thread, it portrays into the fallacy this 6'3" "kid" that was suspended for drugs, found with womens jewelry in his backpack, and whos friend commended on twitter for swinging on his bus driver was just an innocent child. For all intents and purposes, if he had killed Zimmerman instead he would have been tried as an adult.
The title of this thread should beware of following 6'3" people when you are 5'9" and don't know the person's history.
