8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. -
When you answer this rebuttal question we can continue on with this debate. -
The bible May not say Jesus is God as written, however it does say: Jesus claimed the ability to forgive sins (Mark 2:5–7), which the Bible teaches was something that God alone could do (Isaiah 43:25).
The apostle Paul says that God was manifest in the flesh (I Timothy 3:16, KJV), and John the evangelist says that “the Word was God” (John 1:1). The bible very clearly teaches that Jesus is God and to deny this clearly taught truth is heresy. -

We all have the ability to forgive sins. Jesus said this. It is written.
No, the bible does not teach very clearly that Jesus is God. No where in the bible is it written "Jesus is God" The bible teaches very clear that Jesus art the Christ the Son of the living God. That is written. -
Am I right to assume you do not accept that the
Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of the living God in the flesh? -

Here are two passages from the same authority on the matter: Rev 19:
11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war. 12 His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself. 13 He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. ...John 1
5 From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. 16 And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. 5 The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.Again, am I correct to assume you DO accept that the Lord Jesus Christ is God in the flesh?
Answer the question, please. -
