Hello all,
I am looking to take some courses in Biblical languages. I am completing the MDIV through Luther Rice, which I enjoy. However, the program lacks the Biblical languages that I desire to study.
New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary offers a certificate in Biblical languages which interests me.
Accreditation is not necessary but preferred. Also, I need to do this online. It looks like NOBTS has what I am looking for but I wanted to touch base on the board to ask if you know any other options that could help me in finances or overall experience.
I would consider a non-accredited approach as long as I am learning.
God bless,
Shaun

Amridge University offers the languages via online. They are affiliated with the Coc, but they are accredited.

Have you considered the price of the certificate that NOBTS offers? They are very proud of it and must think it to be an invaluable asset to the potential owner of this certificate.

Several thousand dollars for a certificate is a little much in my opinion. Surely there are better alternatives. By the way, I have a MDiv from NOBTS. It's a great seminary as far as I'm concerned and am thankful for the training. It is still paying off.

If that's cheap to you then more power to you my friend.
