Biden in interviews say he will go well beyond packing Supreme Court

    Sen. Ted Cruz calls Joe Biden's '60 Minutes' preview video clip 'chilling'

    Cruz says this jeopardizes the court system integrity. I also get the feeling, Biden wants an overhaul of the entire court system, not just Supreme Court. And he does not like lifetime appointments.

    The constitution set up 3 independent branches of government, but what Biden seems to want is the court under democrat political control. Because they have been unable to maintain liberal justices on the court, iMO, if it was going there way, then they would not want anything changed.

    The only thing "out of whack" about it is that right now they are not getting their way. It works the way it always has. Win the presidency and you get to nominate the justices. Win the Senate and you get to advise and consent.

    Ever wonder why the democrat party has gone full Marxist? When they control everything, they control the ability of citizens to revolt. You may well want to revolt if you live under it, but your chances of doing so are slim. First thing they will do is go after guns. This time I expect them to go hard, because the country is already in a weakened state. There is already the expectation of blood in the streets. They have fostered all of it. Every bad thing is happening for that reason. My opinion. Anyone who votes Biden should consider what they have been capable of thus far, & where the dems are headed.
