Perhaps this was brought to light because the author of the OP wanted to discuss the Atheist Sqaud who are asking people to come out of the bondage of God and curse the Holy Ghost. You can go to their sight and watch these personal renouncing sessions.

That sounds like the goldfish that wanted to be out of the bondage of the fish bowl. "Free at last" became "fool at last."

"Blasphemie"?? "Atheist Sqaud"? Does the "spell check" work on your computer?? Just wonderin'!

And why in the world, would any of us want to be in the "sight" of any "Atheist Sqaud"?? (Even though they could only 'shoot' blanks.) Maybe if they came into our sight, we might be able to speak the truth with them.

Didn't realize the spell check police were going to be out and about when I wrote what I did. Next time I will be sure to check and double check before I post any comments. Wouldn't want anyone to get confused by the message, although you still got the jest of my comment.

I was suggesting that you visit their "site" or website, it doesn't hurt to educate yourself from time to time.

Thanks for the URLs. I suspect they have the whole idea wrong, though. I don't interpret the passage as meaning that if you deny that the Holy Spirit exists, that is blasphemy that will send you to hell.

I interpret the passage to mean that if you attribute satanic work to the Holy Spirit, that is blasphemy that will not be forgiven. Regardless, it says nothing about whether or not denying the existence of the Holy Spirit forever condemns you to hell with no possibility of redemption.

I'm not surprised, however, that atheists would misrepresent what the Bible says. I did that a lot when I was an atheist, too.

I agree. That ol' devil is a liar from the beginning, hence it is no surpirse that his "diciples" make it their practice to misrepresent God's word. Unknowingly , perhaps, they take their cue from the devil when he misrepresented Scripture to Christ in the wilderness.

I visited the website. Could not shut off the vulgar and foul music which constantly played in the background. Nevertheless, these poor people are deceived. The NATURE of deception is that the one who is deceived doesn't KNOW he is deceived. Only the grace and mercy of God can penetrate this wicked deception. OUR mission is to present to them the Gospel according to the Scripture and stand back and let the Holy Spirit of God quicken the word of God to their souls and minds. Perhaps, God will use these people's rants as a way to WAKE UP the lethargy of American christians.

    Good news, Jim (and others)...

One of the blasphemy challenge folk (a young man who had "taken up the challenge" a few months ago) was saved at a buddy of mine's church.

He got baptized a couple of weeks ago.

I love it when the devil gets shafted! :applause: Praise God He's still at work...and even when we think "there's no Hope," God's still at work.

I am sorry about that (not that I am in charge of the music for those sites) but I have my speakers and everything on mute up here at work so I can't hear anything when I get on there. If I would have known that, I would have warned you.

So much for their premise that denying the Holy Spirit exists is a one-way ticket to hell, with no chance of redemption.
