You build one up from a bare receiver. A friend of mine went last year, the pictures he took were amazing. You end up with the equivalent to a CMP Special Grade rifle.
That Vickers class looks neat, too.

I misunderstood.
I think that the 'Maintenance' in the title tossed me for a loop.
I think something like that would almost be more enjoyable.

He was very happy. He was a Garand novice before going. Shoots service rifle, even goes to the national matches. So he wanted a high numbered receiver and new barrel. He got a 5.9mil, but there were some 5 digit receivers. And everyone gets a new criterion barrel.
