Yes, God has ordained that the message of the Cross is to be used by the Holy Spiritto save those who God wills to get saved!

Yeshua1, you have asked that question and I have answered it many times. [Edited: Insult] Pay no attention to those that do not provide quotes for their characterizations of the views of others. God is sovereign. God is not blind. [Edited: Insult]

Where is the quote? Where is the citation? Just read 1 Corinthians 2:14 to 3:3 and see where Paul speaks to new believers as men of flesh, using spiritual milk. The teaching could not be more clear or emphatic, the lost are able to understand the gospel!

How did Satan, the god of this world, blind people is they were blind from conception due to the Fall? No answer will be forthcoming, just another change of subject post.

Folks, their false theology has been exposed once again. The very verse they cite to support their bogus doctrine actually demonstrates the doctrine is bogus.

    Let's review the following:
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 - our gospel is veiled… to those who are perishing. In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
The premise of Total Spiritual inability due to the Fall, has no support from this passage. It says those perishing have been blinded, so the Fall did not blind them. Now Jesus does address that some people have been blinded, the first soil of Matthew 13, but in no way does this apply to everyone from conception.

If everyone was blind, how did Paul commend himself to "everyone's conscience." (2 Cor. 4:2)

And again the gospel is veiled in the first soil, but not in the other three of Matthew 13:1-23.

Lastly, "those who are perishing" is claimed to refer to every unsaved person, certainly a possible meaning. But a less expansive interpretation would refer to those who have been blinded, the first soil. The opportunity to understand the gospel has been lost, and therefore they are perishing.

What a joke, "Can we talk" means pretending like no one challenged or said anything.

When John wrote the gospel he tells you its purpose. Nothing about hey stay tuned for another gospel to be taught later.

The entire faith can be found in each gospel. He tells you:

    John 20

31but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.

What JOHN doesn't say is, "well this was written for those believers who have life in his name, the regenerated and elect to only understand."

Why? Because Christianity is not Spiritual Fascist. All of which are SELF-PROCLAIMED "SAINTS".

God never came down and said any of you are elect. I dare you to call me a Liar. I don't care how much "you know it in your heart" or what warm loving fuzzies you had in your stomach , IF GOD ALMIGHTY did not say it, it AIN'T SO.

No, Van, it is not a change of subject. I am beginning to be concerned about your ability to follow the discussion. :(

[Edited: Insult] Paul spoke to new Christians as men of flesh, therefore according to 1 Corinthians 2:14-3:3, men of flesh (lost, unsaved folks) can understand spiritual milk, which is the gospel.
