The Central Intelligence Agency told CNSNews.com today that it stands by the assertion made in a May 30, 2005 Justice Department memo that the use of “enhanced techniques” of interrogation on al Qaeda leader Khalid Sheik Mohammed (KSM) -- including the use of waterboarding -- caused KSM to reveal information that allowed the U.S. government to thwart a planned attack on Los Angeles.

If he had been caught under the Obama administration, he would have been mirandized anf offered milk and cookies while he waited for his lawyers to arrive.
Some Californians would more than likely have died.
That's a small price to pay for being cordial to terrorists, doncha know?

according to liberals we should ahev just let them attack if he didn't offer the information while we were being friendly with that milk and cookies, never caring
the US was being attacked and innocent civilains were dying.
