Excerpt from Patrick Buchanan:
"For all the blather of a restored caliphate, the "Islamofascists," as the neocons call them, cannot create or run a modern state, or pose a mortal threat to America. The GNP of the entire Arab world is not equal to Spain's. Oil aside, its exports are equal to Finland's."
Colin Powell: Terrorism not a mortal threat.

Pat Buchanan is about the smartest pundit around. One of three Town Hall folks I'll read.
Notice, Powell didn't say they were not a threat, and also notice, he didn't say Bush was a bigger threat. -
It's true, Bro. Curtis, that Buchanan offered a balanced perspective. And it's his balance that makes him novel.

He's the only reason to watch MessNBC, when he's on Tucker.
There are some points I've thought out.....
He says they won't commit suicide by attacking Israel, or the U.S.
But isn't suicide their greatest weapon ?
And Islamofacist seems like an appropriate term, given their goals. -
I thought it was a very good article.
