But you do understand the difference, that’s critical….between union with Christ and communion with Him, between gospel conversion and regeneration, between predestination and providence, etc. is crucial to the correct interpretation of Gods word.

Why do you keep misrepresenting him? It's not legalism.

It is obvious that you view sanctification and living a holy life as "legalism".

You might want to actually look up what legalism is and what it is not. But yes, you are, in fact, misrepresenting John MacArthur.

Wrong again… Im convinced that there is a distinction between Sonship and Discipleship. In the Lordship Salvation paradigm, regeneration and discipleship are so intertwined that one doesn’t exist without the other. Again I’m saying that regeneration doesn’t always produce discipleship. The practice of distinguishing between regeneration and gospel conversion… between preservation and perseverance is a critical component in interpreting God’s word

Calvinists such as calvin, and Luther, and others would VERY much reject that they held to a "man center" theology!

He seems to be parroting the views of those such as Nt Wright and their NPP camp!

That is silly. The NPP (which, ironically is not new) deals with Justification.

I wondered how long it'd take before you would slip into your old habits of misrepresenting anybody who disagrees with you as holding NT Wright's position.

At least we had a little break from that nonsense. What...about 4 months?

My position is that Scripture teaches what is written. We should compare Scripture with Scripture instead of comparing g what we think is taught with what we think is taught.

Your view on justification and atonement though exactly mirrors those held by him and them

Anyone who is honest cannot say Calvinism is man-centered. Though the OP is the opposite so I guess it makes sense they would say that.

Any who reads the 5 doctrines of grace can see just how "God centered" Calvinist sotierology really is!

It does not and you know this because you and I have discussed it at length via PM.

The question is why you pretend to think what you are posting is true.

You classify anyone who holds a "Victorious Christ" view as agreeing with or following NT Wright.

Illustration - Do you agree with the anti-missions movement (that we should not share the gospel)? Your view (Calvinism) mirrors theirs, so you must.

See how dishonest it is to misrepresent other people?
