Have you ever thought about whose picture were on postage stamps for the CSA?

Do you suppose that at least one had Jefferson Davis? Would the CSA have had any pictures of US Presidents on the CSA stamps?

take a look at (NOTE: you will need to scroll down a bit - or use "find")

Lincoln had to wait until after he died to get on a U.S. stamp (1866). Bet it would have put a knot in Jackson's knickers had he thought Calhoun would get a stamp too.
