    I just saw a newstory on AOL that said that the Homeowners Association has decided to allow the flag pole.

    We actually agree on a lot, but that would make the BB a lot more boring :wavey:
    Yeah, like I said earlier, if the HOA wants to give him a variance, that's within their right to do so. He didn't have any right, however, to erect the flagpole without it.

    I agree. And whoever made the comments about HOAs getting power hungry are correct. I have had to fight the HOA, being a board member, to stay out of people's lives.

    Then homeowners complained to me that I wasn't doing enough. lol
