Not sure when the DVD version will be available but I imagine in the next month or so. I think Ray and the staff at Living Waters did a great job at tackling a very common problem in our society today and perhaps also in the church.
I'm torn. First of all, thanks for posting this. I think this is an issue that should be covered more, not necessarily in the pulpit, but definitely by church ministries.
I have suffered from depression, anxiety etc. I'm not sure I want to open myself up to more of it by listening to Ray Comfort talking about the law, but I hope it helps someone.
I agree. It is a topic that needs to be address (and has actually been addressed for some time now). I do worry about it coming from Ray Comfort because he has a tendency to get into waters that are over his head....and here that could be dangerous to someone who is suicidal.
Is Mr. Comfort a licensed psychologist?
I have struggled with depression and PTSD for a long time. I'm under the care of qualified medical personnel. Churches and ministries that immediately discount suitable MEDICAL care and medications if necessary are dangerous. VERY dangerous.
Now...evangelist6589, you are welcome to talk whatever smack you choose here and say what you wish about what I deal with, however, I know your "advice" is more dangerous than it is helpful. If you haven't walked a mile or two in my shoes or in any other sufferer's shoes, then you need to hush up.
