Yes. In the passage where he calls Peter a rock he uses two words for rock with different meanings. This shows humor.
Also the play on words in "And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not perceive the plank in your own eye" shows both seriousness and humor.
I believe Christ had a perfect sense of humor.
If you can get your hands on a copy read Elton Trueblood's The Humor of Christ. It is quite a good book.

No, but neither did He marry. He was known as a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief, and we hid, as it were, our faces from Him.
He did not entangle Himself with many of the pleasures and righteous privileges that His sacrifice enables us to enjoy. -
-
Having said all of that, one can understand why people with no sense of humor would think Jesus did not have one either. -

Why????????????? -

In fact we should banish this whole idea of a Jesus who: had bowel movements, got sick, hung out with sinners, hung with really bad sinners, played in the mud, wrestled with others, told funny jokes, laughed at funny jokes, laughed, ate rotted meat, drank bad wine, touched sinners, healed sinners, etc.
...yes, I'm being ironic... -

But we do know this. Jesus suffered from physical discomforts and physical/mental/emotional agony. He got hungry, thirsty, weak from exhaustion, worn out, sleepy, He bled, cried out in pain, and suffered the physical effects of extreme anxiety to the point where His blood vessels under His forehead burst and He "sweat" drops of blood. That is a medical sign of extreme trauma to the body.
Could Jesus have avoided these things? Yes. Remember when the crowd was going to kill Him and He "passed right through them"?
Jesus didn't have to suffer any physical ailments, but He did.
Don't you imagine that His feet got sore and blistery? Or that He might have eaten something that disagreed with His digestive track and He might have gotten nauseous and thrown up?
We don't like to think about Jesus like that. Why? Because we don't always have the correct view of Him. Too many times, we think about Him in the human state like this:
Soft, doe-eyed, and with a perpetual halo around His face.
Why do you think that because Jesus was sinless that He was exempt from physical illness? -
I would imagine the demeanor of Christians in communist prisons more so than the demeanor of Christians at the bar match the demeanor of Christ on earth .
Even more so those storming the beaches of Normandy.
As I said, for the sake of His mission, Christ bore sorrow most of us wont have to, and abstained from the pleasures and luxuries of which many of us may freely partake. -
This is the Christ of your imagination, not of Scripture. The one you prefer, not the One presented.
Just sayin'. -

Actually, Jesus could not have been the "pure lamb" if his innards were not pure, if he had blisters and sores that were scar baring. He was more pure than the "pure lambs" of the OT sacrifice who were set aside for days and repeatedly inspected for purity.
Jesus wouldn't have had an acne problem, had cavities and certainly didn't wear contacts. :) -

But don't you think Jesus' spotlessness was talking about His perfection in His character and nature and not His physicality?

I wonder what passed as a joke in those days? We know that Horace and Lucilius wrote satire. I have found a short paper on a 1600 year old book of Roman jokes. One goes:
