Did Jesus preach to spirits in Paradise?

    The dead are not in Paradise unless they are saved.

    Heaven has always been complete.

    The saints always did.

    We are saying the dead are in Paradise ARE saved, as the thief on the cross. And these were the only ones allowed into Heaven,,, not the rich man but Lazarus
    Heaven is not complete sin Satan sinned, thus Col 1: reconcile unto himself.


    If the saints always went to Heaven why are Lazarus and the thief assigned to Paradise.

    You usually are right on doctrine, I am totally surprised at you position on this. I though it was well taught teachings among Baptists

    Wrong again. The Greek word translated "Paradise" in Luke is παραδεισω, a singular masculine noun in the dative case.

    no, Luke was singular noun as a place but used elsewhere in the NT as a noun describing Heaven as Paradise

    Ted this is well documented, It is the only explanation of how the OT saints can go to Heaven without having heard of Jesus. All the Heb 11 folks

    Come on guys, If Satan was kicked out , why let him back in?

    If Satan sinned and can still visit Heaven, why cant I?

    no, the sons of God(fallen angels) and Satan were here when God brought them in his presence.
    That is all the verse says.

    If angels are held in captivity why let them loose

    In all three usages of παραδεισω in the New Testament, every time it is a noun. It is NEVER an adjective.

    Who is Ted?

    They all heard of Him. The bible says so. Acts10:43 To him (Jesus the Messiah) give all the prophets witness, that through his name (by His saving authority) whosoever (OT saints, NT saints, and us) believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

    Paradise has always been Heaven as I showed from Ecc. God did not make a mistake. Heaven did not need remodeling before the saints could move in.
