You should have had an option for other. For example, there may be some who are ineligible to vote for one reason or another.

Yes, I will vote on Election Day. Normally Mrs. Salty and I go in the evening to vote, and then we will go to a church that has a election night dinner.

I will be casting at least one write in vote. For me. I am mounting a write in campaign for my state assembly district. Will let you next week how it turned out.

I'll vote on Election Day.

In America, that's the way we picked which crooks we will get to install every 2, 4, or 6 years.

And in KY, we get to did it three times every four years! (Have I been mixing my tenses, again?)

And that doesn't even include the primaries!

I'm showing my age here, but this reminds me of the album, The First Family, by the late comedian Vaughn Meador, who did a dead-on JFK. There was a track on the album where an announcer said . . .

"Go to the polls & vote. Vote for the Kennedy of your choice, but vote!"

Meador's career took a nosedive when JFK was assassinated.

    Yep! The mantra of three from the Windy City - "Hizzoner", the late Mayor of Chicago, Richard J. Daley;

another former late mayor of Chi-town, William Hale Thompson; (who probably actually invented the phrase and the other two merely repeated it)

    and Gangster Al Capone.

Here in NY we have elections every year. During non federal election years we vote for State assembly, County legisature, and city (or town) council. Village elections are held in Feb or Mar of election cycle years.

I happened to get straight "A"s in Geography, one of the very few subjects I actually accomplished that in, BTW.

    Will vote Tuesday.

    Kinky for Governor.
    Hutchison for Senator.
    McCaul for Representative.

I'll wing it on the rest.

I have a little bit of a patriotic streak in that i like to vote on election day...why is that? i have no idea; but i just like voting on election day.

I've been playing catch up here in AR over the last 3 months since moving to know who the best candidates are. Thankfully it seems to be a pretty clear cut picture, at least in my opinion.
