Dismal Swamp of Old Testament Criticism

    Because there have been so many dismal attempts to decode Daniel 9:24-27 it has been called the Dismal swamp of Old Testament criticism. What is your take on this scripture? It seems a riddle to me and I have not a clue what is being said.

    There are other posts too. I think the topic is an important one and, in my opinion at least, not as difficult as many make it out to be - once strict attention is paid to what the verses are actually saying.
