Moses says the divorced wife can not come back to be the first husband's wife.
So, regardless of any extenuating circumstances, the Bible says a divorced female is not a wife Deut. 24
Jesus said, "except".
The partners are bound by the law.
Who wrote the Law and just stated it? It is not vague.
The LAW includes Fornication, as an exclusion.
Paul said the unbelieving may depart and do what? Be unclean?
They all match.
...
And "one" equals "one".
"Divorces are not of the issue in the use of "one", polygamy is.

The unbeliever breaks the bond in eyes of God by leaving!

There are some situations that are not directly addressed by Jesus. One of those is abandonment of Christians by an unbelieving spouse.
The Apostle Paul, with authority from God to do so, gave instructions concerning this issue.
Edit to add:
In Paul’s instructions, married believers are not to divorce but separate and remain chaste. They may reconcile, but they shouldn’t divorce and cannot remarry.
With Jesus’s instructions on divorce in Matthew the focus is on whether the non-offending spouse commits adultery if remarried. Should a spouse commit sexual immorality, they are put to death under Jewish law. Since they are dead, the non-offending spouse is free to remarry.

Believe that the Lord will is that
2 saved persons try to "work it out" or to remain separated with intent to future reconciliation, but if sinning party forsakes or will not repent of sexual sinning, injured party not just stuck!

Yes, and commiting any of those sins violates the marriage , if not repented of, and forsaken!

the unbeliever has no "God", and therefore is not "bound" by God's laws in marriage.

Actually, I thought the Law of Moses states if the divorced wife remarried, then is divorced a 2nd time, she cannot return to the first husband.

fornication of the departing is assumed, on our end. God gives the essence of both our descriptions.

Deut. 24:2 says exactly the opposite of what you are saying.
It says that once the divorced woman leaves her former husband’s house, she can become the wife of another.

It says exactly what I am saying.
She can be the wife of another because she is no one's wife after divorce.

So you suppose that God blesses the marriages of the unsaved?

Where in scripture does it say God blesses the marriages of the saved, but not the unsaved?
Where does it say God blesses marriages at all?

I get this from 1 Corinthians 7:14 , "For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy"
I don't see this being true for the unsaved married. ἁγιάζω, no doubt has the meaning of "blessed"

The passage only addresses married couples unequally yoked... that is one is saved and one is unsaved.
Where does scripture say God blesses Christian marriages, but doesn’t bless the marriages of unbelievers?
peace to you
