Does anyone on th Baptist Board ever study Revival History;
Some of the Revivals I have studied are
1. The Welch Revival
2. The Cane Ridge revival
3. The New hebbredes revival of Scottland
4. Asuza Street Revival
5. The Ministry of Charles Finney
6. The Great Awakening
7. The Life of John And Charles Wesley
I would love to study about the Asbury Revival.
If anyone knows of some goodooks or articles I would love for you to share these with me.
Please share your studies about any other revivals.

I have done some research into the life of Charles Finney and the "revivalism" that he brought to the forefront of evangelicalism. I contrasted it to the true revival that took place during the Great Awakening.

Where you aware that the largest ever revival known in the western world was brought about by the preaching and work amongst the poor of London by General William Booth, and brought about the formation of the "Salvation Army".

A Canadian Baptist pastor named Arnold Dallimore wrote a two volume biography of George Whitefield. It also contains much useful info on the Wesleys and other evangelists of the Great Awakening.
