Tough to accept this is happening in the United States. Let’s remember….

    1. Hilary Clinton sent classified documents to her home on an unsecured fax machine and had her housekeeper collect them.

    2. Joe Biden kept classified documents in his garage where his crack addict son had access.

    3. Hilary Clinton’s assistant, Uba Something, had tens of thousands of classified documents (emails) on a home laptop that her pervert ex-husband had access to. The FBI looked at “sample” emails, declared nothing was in it and then they, the FBI, destroyed that laptop before DT was sworn in

    The question is “why now”?

My suspicion is that this is an attempt by the Biden Admin to provoke the more emotional DT supporters into committing acts of violence to justify further DOJ targeting of conservatives.

Gird yourselves for an interesting 18 months.

    peace to you

Isn't it time that American's stand up and make known that the weaponizing of the legal system against conservatives and those who won't follow the socialistic ideology being pushed by the Democrats and media, needs to end! It's time to fight these lunatics.

The Justice system is a joke, and has been since 2016.

Hopefully a lesser magistrate stands up and refuses to bend the knee, then all the Christians can rally around him.

Personally, I think Nikki Haley would be better than Trump.

The question we need to ask is how many professing Christians who voted for Mr. Biden realize they made a dreadful error. My answer is almost none of them.

How many voters realize "Socialism" is just a euphemism for "Government Tyranny?"

How many voters realize "Gender Care" is just a euphemism for "lifelong abortion?"

Why, since we know it was Mr. Trump who agreed to take the actions necessary to make America great again. Before Mr Trump, we had Republican's do nothing to secure the border, solve the Vets having to wait for death, give Blacks and Hispanics better job opportunities, and so forth. Never mind nominating judges that do not rewrite the Constitution and add the right to abortion, or take away the right to firearms.

    It's politics.

A man caught speeding can complain that others were going faster, but that doesn't make the slower speeder less guilty.

So complaints about politicians misusing the justice system for their own gain is one legitimate issue. Trumps guilt is another.

There are two fair ways to handle this. Ignore Trumps actions or go after all the politicians who violated the law equally.

Out of the fair options, only one is just.

Some would blindly follow DJT into the fires of hell if God would let them. Wake up and smell the coffee, people. Trump is no angel, and in spite of all the "good things" he did while in office, he probably, like all other politicians before him, did just as many evil things that have yet to see the light of day. I'm not saying he wasn't a good president...I am saying, however, that he didn't keep all of his promises (no president can ever do that) like making sure the HRC, BHO, and others were that he promised to make pay for their actions.

No. I am a disciple of Jesus who has voted to keep Donald Trump and all of his supporters out of office, since Donald Trump has been, and still is, a clear and present danger to the Constitution of the United States.

I have never been ashamed of the stand I have taken against Trump since 2015, despite many around here who try to vilify or "shame" me for not being part of the Trump delusion. To do anything else would cost me my soul.

If you will actually read the indictment, you will understand why.

Mr. Biden and his fellow Democrats are the "clear and present danger to the Constitution, Democracy, and the rule of Law.
No one said you were ashamed of your position.
No one is trying to "shame" you because you do not support Mr. Trump.

I have read the indictment, the opining paragraphs, which charge Mr. Trump with "suggesting" something, which of course makes the indictment a violation of the 1st Amendment to the Constitution.

Now that depends. The First Amendment is vital, but there are instances where it does not apply.

A service member is not free to say whatever he or she wants, for example, while representing the military or in uniform.

A man cannot incite a riot, so certain circumstances limit freedom of speech.

You are not free to call for the killing if a federal judge.

I'd suspect the first thing that has to be addressed is whether Trump was speaking in the capacity of POTUS or as a civilian.

Either way, freedom of speech does not nullify responsibility for that freedom.

Is a suggestion a command? Nope
Can I suggest running if there is a fire.
Can I suggest that voters should not vote for Democrats is they are professing Christians?

Like the two impeachments, the Steel document, the Russia hoax, this indictment is a nothing burger.

You are free to believe whatever you like.

Yet you go out of your way to call me out on it like it is something for me to be ashamed of. Maybe you should quit obsessing about it.

Maybe that will be Trump's defense for those charges, although it is quite weak. Remember, this is simply a statement of the charges. It does not bring forward all of the evidence they have that backs it up.

It changes nothing regarding the majority of the charges which concern possession of classified documents (including documents that he could not declassify on his own even if he was President at the time), as well as showing the documents to people who did not have clearance.

Can you call "fire" in a crowded theater when no fire exists and not be held responsible for the injured?

I am not questioning the hoaxes by the DNC. I'm just saying calling attention to another's sin does not justify ones own.

Trump said it best in his recent statement about the charges when he pointed to Biden doing the same thing.

    1) Yes, I believe what I believe, hopefully in the truth.
    2) I did not "call you out." I did not try to shame you. I did not claim you were ashamed of your position.
    3) I am not obsessing over your unwillingness to accept that the Democrats are a clear and present danger to Christians.
    4) As stated, the charges are made-up nonsense to hinder Mr. Trump's campaign for the Presidency.
    5) Of course the President can declassify any document. Recall the Constitution?

Mr. Trump did not "call fire" but he did make suggestions consistent with the Constitution.
Nothing wrong with calling attention to those engaged in false witnessing.
Mr. Trump is not charged with sinning, and the charges of wrongdoing in the past have been shown to be false.
Since the DOJ, i.e. the FBI, has been shown to fabricate evidence, why would anyone believe anything not corroborated by the Trump defense team, or other investigators acting independently of the Biden administration?
