Doubletree Hotel Washington Hosts “Gay” Orgy, Places Staff, Future Guests at Risk

Lynchburg, VA – Matt Barber, Director of Cultural Affairs with both Liberty Alliance Action and Liberty Counsel, released the following statement today in response to news that the Hilton brand Doubletree Hotel near the White House (1515 Rhode Island Ave., NW – 202-232-7000) will be playing host to a homosexual orgy organized by the "Mid-Atlantic Leather Maneuvers” in at least three of its public banquet rooms this inaugural weekend. Americans for Truth About Homosexuality (AFTAH) broke the initial story:

“It’s appalling that the Hilton Doubletree Hotel chain is apparently so beholden to the mighty dollar that it would facilitate – in banquet rooms used by the public – a homosexual orgy boasting some of the most vile sex acts imaginable. Despite initial denials by the hotel manager, I and other sources have verified with the hotel’s “Sales and Catering” and “Reservations” departments that, unbelievably, the hotel is in fact planning to go forward with the ‘gay’ orgy.

I don't know what will really be going on at that hotel, nor do I want to know, but let me go on the record as saying that I am not shocked. Let's not forget that people are dead in sin if they are not alive in Christ. We should not be shocked when evil people do evil things.

The fact that people sin.... and that it will more abound towards the end is understood in the scriptures and we should not be shocked.

However, it is a shock to the conscience: To see, hear, or read of such things, when one had no idea of such..... is a shock: It's like walking on the sidewalk in clean clothes and a car passes through a nearby puddle..... and though you did nothing to cause it.... you feel dirty by the exposure.

The color of one's skin, nor the name given to them has any bearing as to who they are. Do you say that because you believe otherwise or because it helps stress your point. THe former is kind of sad and the latter is beneath the call of Christ.

What is really sad is the number of Christians that will defend Bush Jr. for anything. He doesn't have a muslim name but he claimed to pray for the muslim god...to me that is much, much worse.
