It's not an insinuation for sake of insinuation. The reality is, progressive taxation of the citizenry is not part of the US Constitution but is a plank of the communist manifesto. When you defend these taxes and attack a brother who is taking a stand against them, you are defending an element of communism and are opposing an element of a constitutional republic.rbell said:Rufus said,

I noticed someone post Rom. 13 in defense of the prosecution in this case, but I have cited the same passage in opposition to the men who rebelled against their lawful King to establish this nation.
Should you choose Rom 13 against Hovind, then you MUST choose Rom 13 AGAINST the men of 1776 in America.
