    When I look at a man I want to see who is following. If there are not any followers then he is not a leader. So never give a leadership position to one who does not take any initiative to lead at least one person and imitate who he is being led by. It is really that simple.

    You can decorate a pig and make him look good but he is still a pig. By any other name it is still a pig.

    They offered the job to Rick Warren but he turned it down - of course!
