EPA sued over inaction on 'global warming'

The attorneys general of 17 U.S. states recently filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency over their alleged inaction on supposed "global warming."

This is a good thing. But a dumb move on the part of the global warming nuts. Now the issue will have to be put to the test of the courts. In the end the nuts will lose.
