Son of Hamas Leader Gives Glimpse Into Terror Organization
Friday, January 02, 2009

As Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and other world leaders try to broker a cease-fire agreement between Israel and Hamas, one former member of the militant Islamic organization said there will never be lasting peace between the two groups.

"There is no chance. Is there any chance for fire to co-exist with the water?" said Mosab Hassan Yousef, the son of one of the group's founding members.

Yousef added: "It's not about Israel, it's not about Hamas: it's about both ideologies."

Yousef, son of Sheikh Hassan Yousef, one of the most influential leaders of the militant group, said the organization betrays the Palestinian cause and tortures its own members.

NOTE: Yousef talks more about his extraordinary story of faith, courage, violence and betrayal in a FOX News documentary, "Escape From Hamas," hosted by Bill Hemmer.

Escape from Hamas airs Sat at 10p, with repeats at 1am and 4a, EST, and Sun at 9pm, with repeats at 12 midnight, 2am, EST.

Comment: Needless to say, he is a marked man for speaking out and telling the truth about Hamas....

Then let us pray for his safety and provision and that God will open the eyes of more and add numbers who have his insight!

It was very informative and the young man who escaped has become a born-again Christian and lives in the US. His father (one of the founders of Hamas) is still in an Israeli prison. He is praying for his salvation, as am I. I pray muslims will study the Quran and the Bible for themselves and they may turn from their false prophet's religion and turn to Jesus Christ to set them free from (as he called it) the drug of islam.

Great program. He gave a great inside look....Praying for him....
I was struck at how easily the truth came into his heart when presented... Kind of points out the hopelessness and helplessness of Islam...

I am joining my Sister in prayer... :praying:

I also pray Codi and other leaders can negotiate a cease fire agreement between Hamas and Israel. I am happy to see the US at least inviting Hamas to the table of discussion and acknowledging them as "somebody". I think this will be a good last act for Bush if he can get them to stop shooting.

I believe there can be no long lasting peace agreement between Hamas and Israel unless Hamas completely denounce the belief that Israel has no right to exist and that the the Jews ought to be annihilated according to their prophet and religious leaders.

Surely they will not stop fighting Israel as they believe they are doing it for their God. Much more, they believe that being killed in battle against Israel means their entrance to heaven with 72 virgins waiting for them...

That is why we must ask our Father to change their hearts. :praying:
