Baked. Grilled is even better. I don't like greasy food. Yuk.
-
Well I had to vote other.
I want my steak grilled, ribs too!
I want my chicken fried (but sometimes the grill works and for dumplin's it has to be pressure cooked)
I want my fish baked or fried
I pretty much like it all! :D
EXCEPT boiled eggs which I don't like at all unless I'm pregnant and that's not likely to ever happen again. -

I voted other, although I do fry, bake, boil, and broil.
I use my crockpot and microwave a lot.
I also use my indoor grill quite a lot, but there's just not a better way to eat chicken than fried. :)
I even use the deep-fat fryer <gasp>. Especially for pumpkin blossoms, mushrooms, french fries, smelt, catfish nuggets, and shrimp.
It just depends on what I'm cooking... -
Nothing fried here.
We eat a lot of grilled food in the summer, I also bake and sometimes use the crockpot.
But never fried. -

Wait, this is the ladies forum. Sorry. Ignore that. -
If I eat fried food I vomit, so no I will not be frying cat fish again.
-
That's a verrrry good reason not to eat fried food!
I love fried food but if it's too greasy, I have the same result. -
Fried! It's the south, man! EVERYTHING is fried here!
love,

I prefer fried, but usually choose grilled or baked. I'm with the others--fried chicken is the best! But I usually choose a healthier way of cooking it.

You have got to be kidding me. Anyway it can be prepared for consumption I'll eat it.
-
I voted baked but it really depends on what it is. I do like fried chicken and fried pork chops. Just about anything else is baked or grilled.
-
Fried, of course..
But then again, I am a southern boy.

Baked, grilled, or broiled, except for homemade apple fritters in the fall/winter or a very infrequent piece of fried chicken, although even then I don't eat the skin - lol.
There is a Mexican restaurant down here that fries its fish, and chicken in a couple cases, in bacon grease --- blech!!!!! Not meaning to offend anyone who cooks in bacon grease - I know there are many who love their food that way, but I'm just a pretty much grease free type person (living in the South!) - lol.
I want to start doing some easy, healthy crockpot cooking and am starting to collect some recipes that call for meat but do not cook it from its raw state, ie, no extra grease/fat!! Any cookbook or website suggestions? Thanks! :wavey:
