    And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

    The first Sabbath has yet to take place yet it is very late in the day:

    Where at this very moment is; The great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, - of Rev 12:9
    and the great dragon was cast forth -- the old serpent, who is called 'Devil,' and 'the Adversary,' who is leading astray the whole world -- he was cast forth to the earth, and his messengers were cast forth with him.

    What was his status at this very moment?

    Was, the creation, of the man in the image of his creator, relative to, the serpent, and him being on the earth?

    What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? Psalms 8:6

    And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself. Luke 24:27

    Does Psalms 8:6 concern the Son of Man?

    No, it is just a coincidence that Satan was cast out of Heaven at the beginning of creation, although God knew when He created Lucifer what would happen.

    At this time, he was still blameless, walking in Eden the Garden of God. (Ezek. 28).

    Satan fell in the Garden just before Adam. That's why the curse was given to him in Gen. 3, "Serpent......" and not millions of years prior.

    The angels were creaded before the earth, Job 38:4-7, ". . . Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? . . . When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? . . ."

    Which is why many see their creation on day 1 with the creation of light. Angels are often referred to as beings of light and seem to have an innate property of light.

    Earth was created day 3 when God separated the sea from the earth. The pre-foundational earth was created day 1 (the formless void waters).

    Gap theorists have tried for decades to move Satan's fall before Genesis 1:31. The biblical evidence is too great to overcome.

    ‘You were the seal of perfection,
    Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
    13 You were in Eden, the garden of God;
    Every precious stone was your covering:
    The sardius, topaz, and diamond,
    Beryl, onyx, and jasper,
    Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold.
    The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes
    Was prepared for you on the day you were created.
    14 “You were the anointed cherub who covers;
    I established you;
    You were on the holy mountain of God;
    You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones.
    15 You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created,
    Till iniquity was found in you.
    16 “By the abundance of your trading
    You became filled with violence within,
    And you sinned;
    Therefore I cast you as a profane thing
    Out of the mountain of God;
    And I destroyed you, O covering cherub,
    From the midst of the fiery stones.
    17 “Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty;
    You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor;
    I cast you to the ground,
    I laid you before kings,
    That they might gaze at you.
    18 “You defiled your sanctuaries
    By the multitude of your iniquities,
    By the iniquity of your trading;
    Therefore I brought fire from your midst;
    It devoured you,
    And I turned you to ashes upon the earth
    In the sight of all who saw you.
    19 All who knew you among the peoples are astonished at you;
    You have become a horror,
    And shall be no more forever.” ’ ”

    Satan did not fall until after day 6, after Eden was created. He had liberty to move back and forth between Eden and the heavenliness, prior to his fall.

    And it's very clear the symbolic curse on the serpent was, in reality, Satan's fall and curse.

    Gen. 3:14 So the LORD God said to the serpent:
    “Because you have done this,
    You are cursed more than all cattle,
    And more than every beast of the field;
    On your belly you shall go,
    And you shall eat dust
    All the days of your life.
    15 And I will put enmity
    Between you and the woman,
    And between your seed and her Seed;
    He shall bruise your head,
    And you shall bruise His heel.”

    Where was Satan and what was his status? I don't know because the Bible doesn't tell us.
    What I do know, because the Bible does tell us, is that on the sixth day of creation, God pronounced it very good, and that sin entered the world (Gk. kosmos) through one man, Adam (Romans 5:12).

    It does. Very clearly. Ezek. 28, Gen. 3.

    Earth was created as part of the beginning, Genesis 1:1. Most YEC, as I understand, interpet Genesis 1:1-2 as part of day one.

    In the beginning God (created) the heavens and (the earth). Gen 1:1
    foreknown, indeed, before (the foundation of the world), and manifested in the last times because of you, 1 Peter 1:20
    for the invisible things of Him from (the creation of the world), by the things made being understood, are plainly seen, both His eternal power and Godhead -- to their being inexcusable;

    Does, the casting down of the world, the creation of the earth, the creation of the world all describe the same event?
    In time?

    Can the creation of the earth, the creation of the world, before the casting down (foundation) of the world, from the casting down (foundation) of the world be chronologically arranged?

    Should they be?

    What do demons have an innate property of?

    Does evening before morning of have anything to do with darkness being spoken of before light relative to day one and thereafter?

    and night shall not be there, and they have no need of a lamp and light of a sun, because the Lord God doth give them light, and they shall reign -- to the ages of the ages. Rev 22:5 YLT

    I wonder what became of the darkness?

    Barnes on 1 Peter 1:20 The sense is, that the plan was formed, and the arrangements made for the atonement, before the world was created.

    Why? Why before the world was even created? What was given for the atonement? Lev 17:11 Why? Because of, the death?
    Death known of before the foundation of the world.. What would come about, through, into and out of implied, the death? Heb 2:14 Before the foundation of the world was death going to be absolutely necessary for the devil and his works to be destroyed?

    Is it not the very act of atonement and redemption the death and resurrection of the Son of God which can then be imputed to the sons of God the means by which the devil and his works are destroyed?

    Darkness is done away with and there is only light left?

    for the earnest looking out of the creation doth expect the revelation of the sons of God; for to vanity was the creation made subject -- not of its will, but because of Him who did subject it -- in hope, that also the creation itself shall be set free from the servitude of the corruption to the liberty of the glory of the children of God;

    And himself is the head of the body -- the assembly -- who is a beginning, first-born out of the dead, that he might become in all things -- himself -- first, Col 1:18
    because whom He did foreknow, He also did fore-appoint, conformed to the image of His Son, that he might be first-born among many brethren; Rom 8:29

    Which very moment? In Genesis 1:31, 2 days of Satan's existence had passed. Nothing had happened yet, God was still creating until the evening of day 6, 24 hours, after the beginning of day 6.

    Your question should be: What was "very good" about God's creation? Does it mean suitable for God's purpose? If so you must endeavor to discern what was God's purpose in creation.

    Which it was. The formless empty foundation-less of the earth was formed day 1. Then on day 3 the foundations were formed.

    No interpretation necessary. You just have to read. "Then God called the dry land earth"

    Earth in Scripture means land. That's a definition given from God himself. The formless void earth, therefore was the formless void land--the substance of the land that would be formed on day 3. Very simple. Just read the text literally.
