The Bible prohibits such offerings to Moloch :(

    Deuternomy 18:10A (KJV1611 Edition):
There shall not be found among you any
    one that maketh his sonne,
or his daughter to passe thorow the fire

I think the way they are dressing and treating little girls today is disgusting, and I can not believe parents are doing it too them. My granddaughter will never get by with this kind of thing, my son is one of the strictest parents I've seen, and we thought we were strict raising our boys, nothing like him with a daughter.

There's the problem. As long as mom and/or dad allow it (and even encourage it), it's going to happen. Parents need to draw a line on what's appropriate and what's not. The kids, for the most part, won't draw that line - mom and dad must.

Mom and dad are supose to teach the girls where the line is, by drawing it for them. But if mom is dressing like trash too, they've highlighted the line for their daughter.

When I was a youth minister, my wife would often address the issue of modesty with the girls at the church only to find that it offended the mothers. In my opinion, the mothers were living vicariously through their daughters.
