I think you are having a hard time following the information that has been presented regarding the 650 scientists thing. The point was/is that Al Gore and a bunch of UN Yahoos (52 total) tried to make the claim that there is universal consensus among the entire scientific community that Global Warming is real and that it is man-made. There is no such consensus on either point. So please stopping trying to make the 650 number have to mean that they are a majority or something. No one made such a claim and it is not the point of the evidence these 650 scientists provided to the US Congress.
